添加纤维素酶对重复利用基质栽培礼品西瓜的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验应用重复利用第3茬的草炭基质栽培礼品西瓜,分别以纤维素酶的不同使用剂量和1个空白对照设5个处理,研究添加纤维素酶对基质重复利用后栽培效果的影响.结果表明:通过添加适量纤维素酶制剂,西瓜成熟期基质的总孔隙度、通气孔隙度、气水比均显著高于CK;细菌数量最高由苗期的57.35×105/g增加到成熟期的475.52×105/g,增加了7.29倍;真菌数量由苗期的91.76×102/g增加到成熟期的261.02×102/g,增加了1.84倍;西瓜成熟期放线菌数量最多为481.56×104/g,是CK的1.70倍;同一时期重复利用基质的过氧化氢酶、脲酶、蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性均较CK显著增加,多酚氧化酶活性则显著降低;另外,在西瓜植株的生长情况及产量和含糖量方面均优于CK.可见重复利用基质添加纤维素酶制剂有效改善了基质物理性状,明显促进了基质中微生物的积累和繁殖,增强了有益酶活性,抑制了多酚氧化酶活性,从而促进了礼品西瓜的健康生长及产量的提高.由结果可知,30g/m3的纤维素酶添加量为最适宜用量. The experiment was carried out to explore the effects of adding cellulase on reused substrate culture. The third reused peat substrate was applied to cultivate small watermelon, the treatments of adding different doses of cellulase and CK were set. The results showed that by adding appropriate amount of cel- lulase, total porosity, aeration porosity and gas-water ratio of substrate were significantly higher than those of CK in watermelon maturity period. The highest number of bacteria increased from 57.35 X 10s/g in seed- ling period to 475.52 X l0s/g in maturity period,which increased 7.29 times. The amount of fungi increased from 91.76)4 102/g in seedling period to 261.02 X 10~/g in maturity period, which increased 1.84 times. The highest amount of actinomycetes was 481.56 X 104/g in maturity period,which was 1.70 times of CK. During the same period,the activities of catalase,urease,invertase and phosphatase in the reused substrate increased significantly compared with CK, but the activity of polyphenol oxidase was significantly reduced. In addition, the growth, yield and sugar content of watermelon were all better than those of CK. It was indi-cated that adding cellulase in reused substrate could effectively improve the physical properties of the sub- strate,significantly promote the accumulation and reproduction of micro-organisms, enhance the beneficial enzymes activity,inhibit the polyphenol oxidase activity in the substrate, thus contributing to the health of watermelon growth and the improvement of the yield. From the results, the most appropriate dosage of eel- lulase adding was 30 g/m3.
