摘要
为了全面了解商洛学院秘书学专业现代礼仪课程教学效果,采用问卷调查法,从学生课程学习的基本情况和课程评价两方面进行研究。结果显示,学生礼仪知识求知需求高,学生对课程总体评价良好但仍有很大提升改进空间。现代礼仪课程教学可以从培养目标、教学理念、考核方式、教学形式四方面进行改革,提高教学有效性。
In order to fully understand modern etiquette course’s teaching effects of Secretarial Study profession in Shangluo University, the method of questionnaires is used to study from both aspects of students’ basic curriculum learning effects and curriculum evaluation. The results show students have a high demand for modern etiquette knowledge and overall curriculum evaluation from students is high but there is still much room for improvement. The teaching reform of modern etiquette course can be carried out from training objectives, teaching philosophy, evaluation methods, teaching forms to improve teaching effects.
