摘要
针对卧式储油罐变位会对罐容表的读数造成一定影响的问题,利用定积分思想建立了储油量、油位高度与倾斜角间的数学模型。求最优变位角时,利用量子粒子群算法优化遗传算法中的交叉和变异算子,对罐容表进行了重新标定。实验研究结果表明,该模型的相对误差和运行时间明显高于其他两种模型,说明该模型有效可行。
For horizontal oil tanks displacement can cause certain influence on the capacity table reading,the definite integral thought was used to establish a mathematical model about oil reserves,oil level height and tilt angle.When seeking the optimal displacement angle,tank capacity charts has been re-calibrated to make use of the quantum particle swarm optimization genetic algorithm crossover and mutation operator.Experimental study have been carried out at the same time,the experimental results have showed that,the relative error and running time of the model is significantly higher than the other two models,indicating that the model is feasible and effective.
