摘要
高强度精轧螺纹钢筋国内生产企业较少,该产品生产数量占整个钢筋市场份额很小,且各生产线工艺不尽相同,质量和成本方面参差不齐.介绍了某棒材厂生产开发的规格为φ32 mm的PSB830精轧螺纹钢筋的工艺要点,主要针对包括化学成分、孔型设计、相位调节、金相分析和产品力学性能等生产实践过程中发现的问题,提出了解决之道.通过工艺试验,解决了性能不稳定、外形控制精度低的难题,同时,独特地应用无级相位调节器与缓冷坑工艺,创造性地消除了时效性能对后续使用带来的影响,使该产品的生产实现了质量最优、成本最低和效率最高的目标.
High strength precision-rolled reinforced rebar is less in domestic production enterprises, the product quantity accounted for the entire reinforced market share is still very small proportion, but the production process is not the same, uneven quality and cost. This paper introduces the key technology in the development and production of Sansteel bar plant with 32 mm PSB830 finishing rolled rebars, aiming at the pass design, including chemical composition, phase adjustment, metallographic analysis and mechanical properties of the products such as the production practice process, and proposed solutions. Through the process test, solve the unstable performance,shape control problems and low precision. The unique application of Stepless phase regulator and slow cooling pit creatively eliminates the influence of aging performance on subsequent use, so that the products to achieve the best quality, the lowest cost, the highest efficiency of the main target.
