摘要
分析了精轧螺纹钢筋外形尺寸超差、性能波动的原因。通过调整成品前K2孔型凸度,显著减少了启动面dv尺寸超差。通过合理估算成品前滑值以及合理设计成品槽加工参数、改进相位调节器等措施,有效解决了横肋严格对正以及和锚固螺母配合的问题。同时,对工艺参数进行了优化,在保证终轧温度950~1000℃,卸钢温度600~650℃条件下,钢筋性能良好。
The problems of dimension out of tolerance and performances unsteady of reinforced bar for prestressed concrete were analyzed. By adjusting the pass of K2 degree of groove, the starting surface dv dimension out of tolerance was significantly reduced. The problems of transverse rib properly aligned and anchoring nuts matching were effectively resolved by estimating forward creep value of finished products, rational designing groove machining parameters of finished product and improving phase regulator and other measures. Meanwhile, the process parameters were optimized. Under the conditions of final rolling temperature at 950- 1000 ℃ and down-charging temperature at 600-650 ℃, the good performance of bar was obtained.
