摘要
目的观察电热针联合中药离子导入治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将78例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为试验组40例和对照组38例。试验组给予电热针联合中药离子导入法治疗,对照组给予普通针刺联合口服中药汤剂治疗,2组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察2组临床疗效,评估2组治疗前后眩晕症状评分、JOA评分、VAS评分,检测2组治疗前后双侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)。结果治疗后试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后眩晕症状评分、JOA评分、VAS评分、双侧椎动脉及基底动脉血流速度、CRP、ESR均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且试验组改善程度明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论电热针联合中药离子导入法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效优于普通针刺联合中药汤剂治疗,值得临床推广应用。
Ob jective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of electrothermol needle combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis on vertebyal artery type of cervical spondylosis.Method 78 cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups （40 cases of treatment group, 38 cases of control group）, the treatment group was treated with electrothermol needle combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis, the control group treated with common acupuncture treatment and Chinese medicine by oral administration.10 days were one treatment course and both groups were treated for two courses.The vertigo symptom scores, JOA scores, VAS scores were evaluated, blood flow speed in vertebral artery and base artery in both side, level of CRP, ESR were determined before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05）;The ver-tigo symptom scores, JOA scores, VAS scores, blood flow speed in vertebral artery and base artery in both side , level of CRP, ESR were all improved obviously in both groups （P〈0.05）, and the improvements in experiment group were better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Electrothermol needle combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis has a better effect on vertebyal artery type of cervical spondylosis than ordinary acupuncture plus Chinese medicine, which is worthy widely using in clinic.
