摘要
探索农村水电站可持续发展道路,促进行业升级,退出机制研究是其中重要一环。农村水电站退出机制试点侧重探索退出原因、方式及补偿办法等,根据上杭县水电站实际状况,阐述水电站对周边环境和用水的影响,综合分析已退出和拟退出水电站的种类、退出原因、退出方式,并据此提出农村水电站退出机制的建议。
The study on removal mechanism of hydropower stations is one of the key processes for promoting sustainable development and upgrading of the industry. Pilot projects are employed to find out reasons and ways of removal and compensation methods. According to the actual situations of hydropower stations in Shanghang County, discussions are made on impact of hydropower stations to environment and water use. Comprehensive studies are conducted on types of removed hydropower stations, reasons and ways of removal, with suggestions accordingly.
