摘要
以硼酸、正丁醇、乙二醇和四乙烯五胺为原料制备出一种针对多羟基醇压裂液体系的有机胺硼交联剂AB-1,考察了制备有机胺硼交联剂的影响因素,确定了交联剂的最佳合成工艺。结果表明:第一步酯化反应,硼酸加量为15 g,乙二醇35 g,正丁醇25 g,在120℃下反应1 h;第二步络合反应,四乙烯五胺加量为10 g,季戊四醇5 g,氢氧化钠5~10 g,在150℃下反应2 h,得到交联剂AB-1。压裂液性能评价结果表明:交联剂AB-1与羟丙基胍胶CJ2-6交联产生的冻胶具有良好的延缓交联性能、耐温抗剪切性能、悬砂性能和破胶性能。
In order to prepare polyhydroxy alcohol fracturing fluid,boric acid,n-butyl alcohol,ethylene alcohol and tetraethylenepentamine were used as raw materials to synthesize organic amine boron crosslinker agent. Some influence factors and the optimal synthetic process for preparing the organic amine boron crosslinker agent were determined. The results show that the target product AB- 1 can be obtained under the following conditions: the mass fraction of boron acid is 15 g,ethylene alcohol is35 g,n-butyl alcohol is 25 g under 120 ℃ for one hour in the first condensation reaction; the mass fraction of tetraethylenepentamine is 10 g,pentaerythritol is 5 g,sodium hydroxide is 5 ~ 10 g under 150℃ for two hours in the second complexation reaction. The results of behavior evaluations show that hydroxypropyl guar gum CJ2- 6 can be crosslinked with the crosslinker agent AB- 1,the target product of which shows favorable delay crosslinking behavior,shear and temperature resistance behavior,solid-carrying behavior and gel breaking behavior.
