摘要
目的是研究东北老工业基地尤其是本溪市转型过程中,以沈阳药科大学为代表的地方高校在区域经济转型中所承担的角色及促进经济发展的路径。方法是利用经济增长相关理论,分析沈阳药科大学促进本溪经济转型过程中的方法和路径。结论是从人才培养和产学研究合作两个方面支持本溪经济转型,实现促进地区经济转型和高校自身快速发展的"双赢"局面。
Objective study local colleges and universities represented by Shenyang Pharmaceutical University take the role in regional economic transformation and the path in promoting economic development in the process of economic transformation in the old industrial base of northeast especially Benxi. Method Using the relevant theories of economic growth to analysis the method and path which Shenyang Pharmaceutical University should take in the process of Benxi＇s economic transformation. Conclusion Local colleges and Uni- versities should support？the transition of Benxi from cultivation of talents and production-study-research？cooperation. This can promote regional economic transformation and the rapid development of colleges and universities. Eventually achieve a win-win situation between both parties.
