摘要
针对当前高校个性化人才培养的评价制度状况,从个性化教师、个性化学生、个性化考试制度三方面提出具体的改革建议与举措,以期建立科学多样的教学评价标准,进一步推动高校的个性化人才培养。
Based on the present status of individualized talents training quality assessment system in colleges and universities, the article comes up with specific reform suggestions and measures from the perspectives of individualized teachers, individualized students and individualized examination system with a view to developing scientific and varied teaching assessment standards and further promoting individualized talent training in colleges and universities.
