以长江珍稀鱼类保育中心工程为切入点,阐述了公共建筑项目设计管理的基本流程以及管理要点,重点介绍了通过高效、科学的设计管理,在不降低建筑预期功能的前提下,控制建设项目的投资、质量及进度的方法,以供参考。
The article illustrates the process and key point of design management,with the construction proiect named Yangtze rare fish conser-vation and breeding center. Meanwhile it emphasis how to achieve expected construction functions,and how to control cost,quality,progress, using highly efficient and scientific design management,with a view to provide some guidance.
