摘要
目的 建立罗汉果配方颗粒质量标准。方法 采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对罗汉果配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对罗汉果配方颗粒中的罗汉果皂苷V进行含量测定,并对罗汉果配方颗粒各项指标进行检查。结果 TLC中罗汉果配方颗粒在与罗汉果对照药材相应位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;罗汉果皂苷V线性范围为0.08152∽4.078μg,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.0%(RSD=1.0%,n=6);罗汉果配方颗粒水分、溶化性、粒度均符合要求。结论 该研究建立的定性及定量方法简单可行,重复性好,可用于罗汉果配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Fructus Mormordicae formula granules (FMFG). Methods Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used for the qualitative analysis of FMFG. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was applied in the content determination of mogroside V of FMFG. Results The specific spots of FMFG were clearly seperated in the established TLC chromatography. Mogroside V had good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.08152-4.078μg(r=0.9995). The average recovery was 99.0 % (RSD= 1.0 %). Water content, dissolution and particle size of FMFG had been confirmed to be accorded with the requirement. Conclusion The established method is simple, scientific, and with good reproducibility, and can effectively control the quality of FMFG.
