摘要 针对无人值守集中监控运行中出现的单相接地故障漏判和接地推拉工作量巨大等问题,充分利用安康电网调度自动化OPEN3000系统采集的实时信息和计算分析功能,结合安康电网小电流接地系统单相接地故障处理原则及运行经验。提出了基于调度自动化系统集中进行单相接地故障研判和自动拉路的方案,开发了基于OPEN3000平台的高级应用模块。该高级应用模块在电网发生接地故障后,利用遥测数据变化研判定位故障母线,通过监控运行人员的辅助决策,能正确快速地寻找出发生单相接地故障的线路,从而缩短电网故障时间,保障电网稳定运行和设备安全。 In the unattended centralized monitoring of single-phase earth fault occurred in the use of false negative and grounding of push-pull huge workload, making full use of ankang power grid dispatching automation OPEN3000 system has the function of acquisition of real-time information and calculation analysis, considering the small current grounding system of ankang power network of single-phase grounding fault handling principles and operating experience. Is proposed based on centralized dispatching automation system of single-phase to ground fault and automatic way solution, developed based on ad-vanced application module of OPEN3000 platform. The advanced application module after earth fault in power grid, using re-mote sensing data change research to determine the fault busbar, auxiliary decision by monitoring the operation personnel, can quickly find out the correct single-phase earth fault line, thus shortening the time of power grid failure, security and stability of power grid safety equipment.
