摘要
分别采用水热合成法与机械混合法制备了SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛,借助XRD、N2吸附脱附(BET)、NH3-TPD、FTIR等手段对其进行了表征。结果表明,SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛的孔径呈介微孔结构,水热合成样品的晶相结构、晶体形貌、表面酸性以及红外光谱明显不同于机械混合样品。甲醇芳构化反应结果表明,机械混合法制备的SAPO-34/ZSM-5复合分子筛的催化性能优于水热合成法。
SAPO-34/ZSM-5 composites were prepared respectively by hydrothermal synthesis and physical mixing. The physicochemical properties of SAPO-34,ZSM-5 and SAPO-34/ZSM-5 composites were char-acterized by XRD,BET,NH3-TPD,FTIR. Catalytic performances of these molecular sieves for methanol to aromatics( MTA) reaction were evaluated on a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the composites of hydrothermal synthesis is different in crystalline structure, crystal morphology, surface acidity, infrared spectrum from the sample obtained by physical mixture. The SAPO-34/ZSM-5 composite molecular sieve prepared by physical mixing exhibited higher activity of MTA and selectivity for aromatics than that ob-tained by hydrothermal synthesis.
