摘要
使用外延生长法在ZSM-5沸石晶粒上生长silicalite-1壳层制得了核壳ZSM-5/silicalite-1分子筛,并采用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、低温N2吸附、NH3程序升温脱附以及异丙苯和三异丙苯探针裂化反应等手段表征了核壳分子筛的壳层覆盖度和孔道内外表面酸性等物化性质,考察了核壳分子筛在甲苯甲基化反应中的择形催化性能.
Core-shell ZSM-5/silicalite-1 zeolite samples were synthesized by epitaxial growth of silicalite-1 shell layer on core ZSM-5 zeolite crystallites. The physical properties of this core-shell zeolite such as the coverage of the shell layer and the acidity inside pores and outer surface were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, N2 adsorption-desorption, temperature-programmed desorp-tion, and probe reactions of cracking of isopropyl benzene and tri-isopropyl benzene. This core-shell zeolite had good shape-selective catalytic performance for alkylation of toluene.
