摘要
现代社会是法治社会,法治社会的建设要求全民法治观念的加强。大学生是社会发展的生力军,其法治观念状况直接影响着国家法治的进程。近几年发生的一系列事件说明大学生法治观念还有待加强,因此必须从大学生自身、高校、社会三个角度探讨加强大学生法治观念的路径,发挥高校、社会的引导作用,培养具有法治观念、拥有法律信仰的高素质人才。
Modern society is the rule of law society ,the construction of the rule of law society requires the improvement of the whole nation legal idea .The college students are the major force of social development ,whose legal ideas directly affects the country process of rule of law .A series of incidents in recent years shows that the college students ’ legal ideas should be strengthened .Therefore ,we must explore the path of improving college students’ legal ideas from the college students ,uni‐versities and the society .We should play the role of guidance of universities and society ,cultivate the quality person with the le‐gal ideas and legal belief .
