法律意识,是公民对法律或法制的基本看法与态度,也包括对法律的社会价值观念的评价和对公民行为的合法性或违法性的评价,以及法律知识和法律修养。法治目标下的"五五"普法必须以培养和生成员工的法律意识为目标。探索性地提出培养和提升企业员工法律意识的八个方面。
