摘要
为获得刚性模型测压试验中模型表面的真实压力信号,需对经过管路系统后的信号进行修正。对6种不同长度的管路系统采用正弦激励的方法进行频响函数测试研究,采用测试结果对气动压力信号进行了修正,研究结果表明:随着测压管长度的增加,管路的频响函数的幅值呈现先放大后衰减的趋势,放大和衰减的转折点向低频移动,而所有管长的频响函数的相位均为衰减滞后;采用频响函数修正方法对管道畸变进行修正,修正后值与真值基本吻合,修正精度高。
Single-channel tubing system is usually used to measure fluctuating pressure on the surface of model in lab. However, distortion may happen during dynamic pressure signal propagating. In order to obtain the real pressure signal on the surface of model, in this paper, tubing system based on correcting distorted signals in frequency is employed. We obtain a satisfactory result that show good agreement between uncorrected data and corrected data, and the accuracy of the experimental data is very high after corrected. Furthermore, when the measuring point is too much, the install and maintenance of restrictor will cost much more time, and the correcting signals based on measurement in frequency have obvious advantages.
