摘要
利用基于高精度的流体管道耗散模型所建立起来的传递矩阵方法建立了小管径测压管路的动态特性分析数学模型 ,并对编写的计算程序作了相应的试验验证 .定义了控制系统频率响应品质的目标函数 ,并采用Matlab优化工具箱优化计算了 10 0 0mm长度传压管的最佳管路尺寸设计方案 ,得到较为满意的结果 ,同时也分析比较了采用加压扁管方法的误差 。
In this paper,an accurate fluid dissipation model is employed to build up a matrix transfer procedure which is used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of tubing systems with small diameters.Experiment has also been carried out to verify the numerical results.An objective function that describes the tubing systems' frequency response quality has been defined.For a 1 000-mm long tube system,an optimal pipe design scheme is obtained by means of Matlab Optimization Toolbox.The error of the 'Restrictor'method that is widely used in the simultaneous wind pressure measurement has been analyzed and compared with the proposed method.The results gained and the proposed method can be used in multi-channel measurements for simultaneous wind pressure.
