在大数据时代,电信运营商如果不能挖掘出数据的价值可能彻底被管道化。当前大数据成为运电信营商向创新经营和精细化运营转型的强大推动力。剖析了电信运营商大数据应用的意义、优势、存在问题,并在此基础上提出了电信运营商大数据应用建议。
In the era of large data, telecom operators could be completely for pipelining if they can＇ t dig up the value of the data. At present, large data become a powerful force driving the telecom operators transformation to the innovation management and refinement operation. This article analyzes the meaning and advantages and existing problems of telecom operators large data applications, and then put forward the proposal of the telecom operators large data applications.
