摘要
目的探讨活血化瘀法治疗脑出血的最佳时间窗及其安全性。方法检索知网数据库、万方数据库及维普数据库近5年的相关文献,分析活血化瘀药物在不同时间窗治疗脑出血的疗效及安全性。结果脑出血早期使用活血化瘀法安全、有效。但近5年里不同时间窗之间的疗效比较仍缺乏相关的研究;不同时间窗对不同出血量之间的安全性比较亦缺乏研究。结论早期应用活血化瘀法对脑出血患者有益,但仍需设计严谨的随机对照试验进一步证实。
Objective To investigate the best time- window and the safety of promoting blood circulation therapy for intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Research relevant Chinese article of nearly five years in CNKI database,Wanfang database and VIP database; To analyze blood circulation drugs efficacy and safety in different time- window. Results Blood circulation method in the early cerebral hemorrhage was safe and effective,but in the last five years,the efficacy between different time windows was still lack of relevant research; The safety of different time- window for different volume of hemorrhage also lack of relevant research. Conclusion Early application of blood circulation method was beneficial in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,however,it still need to design a rigorous randomized controlled trial confirmed.
