摘要
本文采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和二阶导数谱分析方法,首次对不同产地的壁虎药材进行了测定分析,得到壁虎药材红外光谱指纹图谱的共有模式。结果表明,不同产地壁虎药材的红外光谱相似程度较高,差异主要表现在峰位的细微变化和峰的相对强度方面,1800~400cm^(-1)为该药材的红外光谱指纹区。壁虎药材的红外光谱指纹图谱鉴别特征明显,稳定性、重现性较好,可作为该药材快速鉴别和质量整体性评价的一种新方法。
Samples of Gekko swinhonis from different habitats were analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and the second derivative spectra. The common pattern of infra- red spectra of Gekko swinhonis was established. The results indicated that the infrared spectra of Gekko swinhonis from different habitats showed high similarity and the difference mainly manifested in the subtle changes in peak position and the relative intensity. The range between 1800 and 400 cm^-1 is the infrared fingerprint region of Gekko swinhonis. The infrared fingerprint of Gekko swinhonis is stable and repeatable with obvious identification charac- teristics, which can be used as a new method of rapid identification and overall quality evaluation of Gekko swinkonis.
