摘要
目的 在于调查高职院校护理专业学生的职业认同现状,分析职业认同的影响因素。方法 采用护理专业学生一般资料调查表和职业认同感问卷对210名高职护生进行调查。结果 高职护生职业认同感得分为21~46(34.35±4.83)分,处于中等水平。职业认同感的影响因素为性别、年级、第一志愿、独生子女和在班级/学生会的任职。结论不同特征的护生职业认同感不同,护理教育者应对高职护生进行正确的职业教育和引导。
Objective To investigate the status of vocational nursing students'professional identification, and to analyze the factors of affecting professional identification. Methods 210 vocational nursing students were investi- gated with the general information questionnaire and the professional identification questionnaire.Results The total score of professional identification was 21-46(34.35±4.83). Nursing students' professional identity level was secondary. The influence factors concluded nursing students' gender,grade,first aspiration, the only child and a position in class/student union. Conclusion The professional identification of nursing students differs ac- cording to the personal characters,nursing educators should provide correct vocational education and guidance for nursing students.
