摘要
依据2001-2012年宁夏卫生人员的数据,采取人力/人口比值法,对未来10年宁夏卫生人力资源需求量进行预测。结果显示,到2020年,宁夏卫生人员需求量将达到64793人,每千人口卫生人员数将达到9.3040人。目前,宁夏卫生人力资源总量相对充足,建议提高卫生人力资源的效率和质量,加强基层医疗卫生机构卫生人员的配置。
The demand of health human resource in Ningxia was predicted with human/population ratio based on the data of health worker in Ningxia during 2001-2012. The results show the health worker demand will reach 64793 until in 2020. It means there will be 9.304 health workers per thousand people. Currently, the total of health human resource in Ningxia is sufficient. Its efficiency and quality should be improved. The configuration of health human in primary-level medical and health institutions should be reasonable.
