摘要
翻车保护结构试验台是用来检测工程车辆驾驶室安全强度的重要试验装置,按照国际及国内相关检测标准,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器的便携式测控系统方案;采用便携式PC机和USB同步采集卡,利用LabWindows/CVI软件,使用多线程等关键技术进行系统开发;针对能量计算要求精度较高,提出了一种改进能量计算精度的算法;针对现有检测标准中评价方法的不足,提出一种比较实用的评价方法;该系统实现了数据采集、实时显示与存储、数据回放、生成数据报表等功能,系统运行稳定可靠。
Test-bed of roll-over protective structure that is fixed to test security strength on con- struction vehicle cabs is an important testing device. According to the national and domestic relative testing criteria, a portable measurement and control system based on virtual instrument is proposed. Systems are developed by adopting the portable PC and USB synchronous acquisition cards, utilizing the. LabWindows/CVI software, and using the key technology such as multi- threading, etc. To attain higher accuracy for energy calculation, a corresponding algorithm is proposed. To overcome the de{iciency of evaluation method in the current testing criterion, an actual evaluation method is proposed. Data acquisition, real-time display and saving, data-play, and data report generation can be achieved through the system, which runs stably and reliably.
