摘要
机械结构中有大量需要加工方孔结构的零件,方孔在机械应用中具有无可替代的作用。方孔相对于圆孔来说加工工艺复杂得多,现有方孔工艺方法难以高效简单地加工。根据莱洛三角形在一边长为其宽度的正方形内转动时,任何时候都有四个点与正方形的四条边接触且接触点的位置不断改变原理,通过分析计算莱洛三角形在等宽正方形中转动时中心点的运动轨迹,利用理想圆合理替换中心轨迹圆,设计出可行的钻杆传动机构,并应用ADMAS软件进行模型分析钻头运动轨迹,证实机械结构可行,并应用实验验证。结果表明:依据莱洛三角形特性原理设计的行星轮方孔钻头能够有效的钻出方孔,设计方法对方孔钻头之后的设计改进具有指导意义。
A lot of square hole is applied on mechanical structure and square hole is an indispensable role in mechanical field.Machining process of square hole relative to the hole is much more complex and difficult to process efficiently. At any time there are four points contacting with the four sides of the square and the location of the contacting points are continuously changing when a Lelo triangle is revolving inside a square. Analyzing the motion trajectory of Lelo triangle in the square center, the motion trajectory is replaced by the ideal circular reasonably and the transmission mechanism is designed. The motion trajectory of transmission mechanism proved by ADMAS software and experiment is feasible. The results show that the square hole based on planetary gear is not only effective, but the design method is also significance for design improvements.
