摘要
孔板是双泡径级配发泡管中重要的阻力平衡元件,其厚度、开孔率、孔径大小、布孔方式等结构参数的设计都会对发泡管的系统阻力平衡产生重大影响,同时会对气液发泡材料的均匀分布产生影响。通过对发泡管管路中系统阻力平衡的研究,得出结论:需要不同的泡径比时,要求不同的填充状态和不同的孔板结构,每种填充状态下的管路都有一个对应的最佳孔板结构,使管路系统能按设计的泡径要求进行发泡,同时使系统阻力平衡,从而使发泡效果最优。
As an important balancing element resistance of double bubble diameter graded foam tube, these factors such as orifice's thickness, pore's size, and hole's arrangement have a significant impact on the resistance balance of the double bubble diameter foam pipe and have an impact on the uniform of gas-liquid at the same time. Through the study of foam piping system's resistance balance,which draws a conclusion: on different bubble diameter ratio, it requires different fill status and different filling orifice structure.Piping filled each state has a corresponding best orifice structure to ensure it foam according to the design of bubble size and to make balance of the system's resistance in order to guarantee the optimal foaming effect.
