摘要
随着高校扩招以及教学改革的逐步深化,高职院校近年来面临"质"与"量"无法兼顾的尴尬。但在我国做出加强现代职业教育的同时,高职教育又面对着新的发展机遇和战略选择。90后学生干部是当前高职院校学生群体中的优秀代表,根据其思维活跃、个性鲜明等特点以及在工作中存在的不足,从队伍建设的角度,通过思想引领、人文关怀、组织文化等方式对他们进行培养和管理,无论是对90后学生干部个人的成长成才,还是推进高职院校的改革发展都具有积极的现实意义。
With the enrollment expansion of colleges and the gradual deepening of the teaching reform, in recent years, higher vocational colleges are facing the“quality”and“quantity”problem. But at the same time, our country decides to strength the modern vocational education which brings new development opportunities and strategic choices for the higher vocational colleges. The post-90s student cadres are the outstanding representatives who have the characteristics of active thinking and distinctive features. According to the shortcomings in their work, they are trained from ideology guiding, humanistic care and organizational culture, etc. this has a positive and practical significance for the student cadres’growth and the reform and development of the higher vocational colleges.way for them to develop and use, both for the 90 cadres of personal growth and success of students, or to promote the reform and development of higher vocational colleges.
