摘要
学生干部作为广大学生中的优秀代表,是高职院校学生管理工作中的主要力量,也是学院事业发展的重要资源。因此,利用各种有效手段切实可行地培养学生干部的各种能力,对建立一支高素质、高能力的学生干部队伍有着重要的现实意义。
As the outstanding representative of the majority of students, student cadres is the main force of student management in higher vocational colleges, and it is an important resource for the development of the college. Therefore, using all means to train student cadres is of important practical significance to the estab- lishment of a student cadre team with high quality and high ca- pacity.
