摘要
构建大学生创新能力的培养是一项系统工程,在高校协同创新的背景下,着力大学生科技创新能力的培养瓶颈,文章以"协同育人"为主体,构建以文化、知识、组织三者协同的体系,以项目为导向,形成"三维一体"的大学生科技创新能力培养体系,重点分析具体大学生创新能力的实践策略,从理论与实践两个层面进行全方位的探索和实践。
Education of college students＇ innovation ability is a system engineering,setting the synergetic innovation as the background, starting with the problem of science and technology innovation education and taking cultivation as main body, it builds the ＂three-dimensional integrated＂ training system of college students＇ creativity combined with cultural synergy,knowledge synergy and organization synergy. Taking projects as the orientation, corporate education analyses practical strategies of students＇ synergetic innovation ability and makes exploration and practice in education system of college students＇ innovation ability from theory and practice.
