摘要
临床实习期是医学生将医学知识、技能和医学人文素质结合并运用于实践的重要阶段。由于医学模式、医患关系、师资力量、教学方式方法等多方面原因使实习医学生人文素质培养严重失落。临床教学基地应通过师资人文素质培育和建立带教准入、退出和激励制度、医患沟通技能培养、融入体验式实践教学等手段提升医学生人文素质。
As important stage for medical students to imply their medicine and humanity knowledge re- serves to practice, the clinical practice does not fully play its role because of medical model, doctor-pa- tient relationship, quality of teacters, teaching model and so on. The clinical teaching bases may culti- vate the humanity quality of medical students from teactersr humanity quality training, building com- petition mechanism for clinical teaching, improving the skills of doctor-patient communication, intro- ducing experiential teaching methods.
