摘要
"问题学生"是高校思想政治教育工作的重点和难点,因此转化"问题学生"已经成为了迫切需要解决的问题。文中,笔者分析了目前高校"问题学生"的主观成因,有针对性地探究了不同类型"问题学生"的转化途径和方法,使高校培养出更多符合社会发展需要的人才。
＂Problem students＂are the focus and difficulty of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, so the transformation of ＂problem students＂ has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, based on the analysis of the subjective causes of ＂problem students＂ in the current colleges and universities, the writer pertinently explores the ways and methods to transform different types of＂problem students＂, aim-ing to make colleges and universities cultivate more talents to meet the needs of social development.
