摘要
目的 分析研究舒适护理在CT增强检查患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2013年6月-2014年6月在我院做CT增强检查的患者128例作为临床研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组患者在CT增强检查过程中实施常规护理,观察组患者在CT增强检查过程中实施舒适护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 经比较,观察组患者的检查成功率和图像质量优良率均高于对照组,比较结果具有差异性（P〈0.05）。结论 舒适护理在CT增强检查患者中的应用能够有效提高CT检查成功率及图像质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing in patients with CT enhancement. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital to do CT enhancement examination of patients with 128 cases as clinical research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 64 cases. In the control group,patients were given routine nursing in the course of CT enhancement,and the observation group were given comfort nursing in CT enhancement. The nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the observation group and the excel ent image quality were significantly higher than the control group,the comparison results were significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in patients with CT enhanced examination can effectively improve the success rate and image quality of CT.
