摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务在CT增强检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年8—10月行CT增强检查的患者500例设为观察组,并选取2014年5-7月行CT增强检查的患者500例设为对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理。观察2组不良反应及患者满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率为2.8%,对照组为3.0%。观察组护理满意度83.6%显著高于对照组的72.6%(P<0.01)。结论优质护理能够提高护理满意度。
Objective TO investigate the effect of high quality nursing service on treatment of patients with contrast-enhanced CT scan. Methods A total of 500 patients with contrast-enhanced CT scan from August 2014 to October 2014 were selected as the observation group, and another 500 patients with same examination from May 2014 to July 2014 were selected as the control group. Both groups were given conventional nursing care, and the observation group was applied with high quality nursing intervention. The adverse reaction and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of adverse reaction was 2.8% in observation group and 3.0% in the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate was 83.6% in the observation group, which was signif- icantly higher than 72.6% in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion High quality nursing inter- vention can increase the nursing satisfaction rate.
