摘要
对杭州地区的杭州市区、桐庐及建德等地的大型鸡场及个体养鸡场球虫感染情况进行了调查 ,通过对球虫卵囊的分离、培养 ,孢子生殖阶段虫体的形态观察 ,卵囊、孢子囊大小及卵囊孢子化时间的测定 ,初步将卵囊分为A型、B型、C型三种类型。分别用这三种卵囊接种雏鸡纯繁后 ,收集的卵囊人工感染 15日龄的小鸡 ,观察并记录接种后的发病时间 ,症状及病理变化等 ,参照有关文献 ,鉴定球虫种类。经分析判定 ,杭州地区主要存在 3个种 ,它们分别是柔嫩艾美耳球虫 (Eimeri atenella) ,毒害艾美耳球虫 (E .necatrix)和巨型艾美耳球虫 (E .maxima)。
Coccidisis was investigated at chicken house in Hangzhou,Tonglu and Jiande of Zhejiang Province. A, B and C types of oocysts were determined by collecting fresh feces, separating and culturing oocysts, observing shape of oocysts, measuring size of oosysts and sporosysts in sexual phase. Fifteen days old chickens were challenged with oocysts.The time of a disease, symptoms and pathological changes were observed and noted. Analysis showed there were three species of E. tenella,E. necatrix and E. maxima in Hangzhou area.
