摘要
目的探讨品管圈联合常规培训方法在新护士培训中的应用效果。方法对2013年12月~2014年12月来我院应聘工作的56例新护士资料进行分析,根据不同培训方法将护士分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法培训,实验组联合品管圈培训,比较两组培训效果。结果实验组平均成绩为（92.58±8.51）分、满意度为92.86%高于对照组平均成绩为（78.37±9.42）分、满意度为81.48%,P〈0.05。结论新护士培训过程中在常规培训方法基础上联合品管圈效果理想。
Objective To investigate the Quality Control Circle conventional training methods combined application results in the training of new nurses. Methods December 2013 to December 2014. My internship of 56 cases were analyzed new nurses, according to the different methods of training the nurses were divided into control and experimental groups, the control group using conventional methods of training, the experimental group joint Quality Control Circle training, training effect between the two groups. Results The average score of the experimental group （92.58±8.51）, satisfaction 92.86% higher average score （78.37±9.42）, satisfaction of （81.48%）, P〈0.05. Conclusion The new nurses during joint training in conventional training methods based on the ideal of Quality Control Circle effect, should be introduced.
