摘要
目的 探讨新国标评审期间住院患者满意度测评量表(ISMS)的信度与效度,为改进、推广、应用该量表提供依据。方法 采用现场调查的方式对南方医科大学第三附属医院600例出院患者进行问卷调查,使用统计学方法 对量表的信度、效度进行评价。结果量表总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.944,6个维度的α系数值均大于0.85,折半信度系数为0.933。各条目与量表总体的相关系数介于0.608~0.810之间。以所有条目为变量进行因子分析,共提取6个公因子,量表公因子与设计时假设基本一致,累积方差贡献率为70.16%,每个条目均有较高的负荷值。结论ISMS信度和效度较好,适合做医院住院患者满意度测评。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of inpatients' satisfaction monitoring scale (ISMS), to provide references for the improvement and promotion of the scale. Methods A total of 600 inpatients discharged from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University were investigated using the draft questionnaire. Statistical methods were used for analyzing the internal consistency and constructive validity. Results Cronbach's α of the scale was 0.944. Split-half reliability was 0.933. The reliability of six subscales were above 0.85. The correlation coefficient of each item score and total was between 0.608 and 0.810. Factor analysis showed the cumulative contribution rate of 6 factors was 70.16%. As well, the factor loading of each item was high enough. Conclusion The ISMS showes good reliability and validity, and it is fit for evaluation of patients' satisfaction.
