聚合物氯化钾水泥浆体系性能评价及应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 GK-1井位于江陵凹陷涴市断裂带南岗一号断鼻构造,完钻井深3581m,固井目的层位为含钾石岩、石膏以及芒硝的粉质泥岩地层。使用常规盐水水泥浆固井其与地层的胶结质量差,制约着固井质量的提高。为提高含钾石岩地层的固井质量,利用抗盐降失水剂CG80S、防窜增强剂GS12L、抗盐分散剂CF44S、抗盐缓凝剂H21L以及复合加重剂材料CD26F构建了以10%氯化钾盐水作为配浆水的聚合物氯化钾盐水水泥浆体系,并对聚合物氯化钾水泥浆体系的物理性能和抗污染性能进行了评价。室内试验评价结果和GK-1井的现场应用表明,氯化钾水泥浆体系的性能可以满足含钾石岩以及含石岩、石膏以及芒硝的粉质泥岩地层固井要求,具有推广应用的价值。 Well GK-1is located in Nangang No.1faulted nose structure in Wanshi faulted zone of Jiangling Depression with well completion depth of 3581 mand cemented target zone contains potassium rocks and silty mudstone formation containing limestone,gypsum and mirabilite.The cementing quality is poor when conventional brine cement slurry is used for cementing,it restricts the improvement of cementing quality.In order to improve the cementing quality of potassium rocks,apolymer potassium chloride brine cement slurry system which uses 10% potassium chloride brine as base-water is developed by using saltresistant fluid loss reducer CG80 S,anti-channeling reinforcing agent GS12 L,salt-resistant dispersant CF44 S,salt-resistant retarder H21 Land composite weighting material CD26 F.The physical property and anti-contamination property of polymer potassium chloride brine cement slurry system is evaluated.Laboratory evaluation results and its field application in Well GK-1show that the performance of potassium chloride cement slurry system can meet the cementing requirements of potassium rocks and silty mudstone formation containing limestone,gypsum and mirabilite.It has the value of popularization and application.
