摘要
M油田是中海油在伊拉克境内的重要油田,油田的主要目的层为白垩系的MISHRIF地层,岩性为灰岩,地质结构复杂,钻井作业期间遇到了一系列难题。为了加快油田的开发,提高油田的产量,开展了钻井提速提效攻关与实践,通过对井身结构优化,对作业程序、井下工具及钻井液体系的优选等一系列技术研究,钻井周期缩短15%,取得了较好的经济效益。
M oilfield is an important oilfield of CNOOC in Iraq.The main target layer of the oilfield is the MISHRIF formation of the Cretaceous,its lithology is limestone.The oilfield has complex geological structure,and a lot of complex situation and challenge were encountered during drilling operation.In order to speed up the development of the oilfield and increase the output of the oilfield,the re⁃search and practice of improving drilling speed and efficiency were carried out.Through optimization of wellbore structure,operation procedures,downhole tools and drilling fluid system,the drilling cycle was shortened by 15%,and good economic benefit was achieved.
