核因子E2相关因子2与肾间质纤维化研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肾间质纤维化(renal interstitial fibrosis,RIF)是慢性肾衰竭的主要原因之一,是各种慢性肾脏疾病的共同结果,其发病机制与肾间质成纤维细胞,肾小管上细胞,炎性细胞以及肾小管周围毛细血管内皮细胞的转型,损伤和数量相关。氧化应激是导致细胞损伤、衰老和死亡的主要原因之一,其在神经退行性疾病、缺血性心脏病、肝、肺纤维化和癫痫等重要疾病的发生和发展中起重要作用。
