应用新工艺生产鸡肉、猪肉复合肉脯,成本低、营养丰富、形态美观,携带和食用方便,并对影响制糜工艺进行分析探讨,具有较强的生产指导性。
Dried meat compounded by chicken and pork which was produced by new technology was low - cost and of rich nutrition and beautiful appearance. It was convenient to carry and eat. And the technologies influencing the production of minced meat were analyzed and explored. It had strong guid- ance for production.
