碧萝芷对黑腹果蝇寿命影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 用黑腹果蝇的生存实验来观察碧萝芷 (pycnogenol)的延缓衰老功能。方法 收集 8h内羽化而未交配的果蝇进行雌雄分组 ,每个浓度组 2 0 0只果蝇 ,共 4个浓度组 ,每 2天记录果蝇存活数 ,每 4天更换培养基 ,直至果蝇全部死亡。结果 雄性果蝇的平均寿命指标中 4个浓度组都显示了阳性 (P <0 .0 1) ,平均最高寿命组的 0 .0 0 2 5 %浓度雌性果蝇为阳性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 Objective To detect the effects of Pycnogenol on delaying the process of aging of Drosophila melanogasteer (wild type Orengon K).Methods Newly eclosed flies within 8 hours were collected and separated them by sex,and each sex was divided randomly into 5 groups,including 4 different pycnogenol concentrations and one control group,each containing 200 flies.They were serially transferred to vials with fresh medium every 4 days.The numbers of dead and surviving flies were counted every 2 days until all flies died.Results It was shown that mean life spans of 0.0025%,0.01%,0.04% and 0.16% Pycnogenol group flies were 4~8 days longer than that of control group flies in male drosophila with statistically significance at level of 0.01 (P<0.01).The mean maximum life span of 0.0025% Pycnogenol group flies was statistically longer than that of control group flies in female drosophila (P<0.05).Conclusion The results show that pycnogenol has an effect on delaying the process of aging of Drosophila melanogaster.
