摘要
目的对舒适护理在肝癌患者围手术期护理中的临床应用效果进行分析。方法选取78例肝癌患者,按就诊先后顺序均分成舒适组与常规组(n=39),常规组予以常规护理措施,在此基础上,对舒适组予以舒适护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果舒适组患者的满意度为92.3%、切口愈合时间为(7.1±2.1)d、住院时间为(12.5±1.8)d、常规组患者满意度为84.6%,切口愈合时间为(9.7±2.8)d、住院时间为(15.2±3.5)d,上述数据对比,舒适组患者均显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期间,对肝癌患者予以舒适护理,疗效确切,可加速切口愈合,缩短住院时间,值得在临床上推广。
Objective The clinical application effect of comfortable nursing care in liver cancer in perioperative operation nursing analysis. Methods This group of 78 cases of liver cancer patients, divided into the comfort group and the conventional group according to the order of treatment, conventional group were given routine nursing measures, on this basis, be comfortable nursing on the comfort group, compared 2 groups of patients with nursing effect.Results Comfortable group patients of satisfaction degrees for 92.3%, and incision healing time for (7.1 ± 2.1) d, and hospital time for (12.5 ± 1.8) d, General group patients satisfaction degrees for 84.6%, incision healing time for (9.7 ± 2.8) d, and hospital time for (15.2 ± 3.5) of, above data compared comfortable group patients, aresignifi cantly is better than General Group, differences has statistics meaning (P<0.05).Conclusion In the peri operation period, be comfortable nursing for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, curative effect is exact, and can accelerate wound healing, shorten the hospitalization time, is worth promoting in clinical.
