摘要
目的针对肝癌介入护理中的舒适护理效果进行探讨分析。方法选取我院在2017年1月至2018年12月期间收治的患者共计140例,按照随机数字表法将其分成护理组(n=70)和常规组(n=70),全部肝癌患者均需通过介入治疗改善病症,常规组患者再次基础上行常规护理,护理组患者在此基础上行舒适护理,对比分析不同组别患者的各项生活质量评分及护理总满意率。结果护理组的自理能力、睡眠质量、疾病认知能力、心理和食欲等方面的质量评分相比于常规组来说更优,组间对比差异具显著统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组患者护理总满意率为95.72%,常规组患者护理总满意率为77.14%,护理组高于常规组,统计学分析对比有意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌介入治疗患者予以舒适护理下能够明显改善其生活质量,提高护理满意度,临床应用和推广价值均较高。
Objective to explore and analyze effect of comfortable nursing in interventional nursing of liver cancer.Methods choose 140 cases liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018,divide them into nursing group(n=70)and routine group(n=70)according to random number table method.Treat them with interventional therapy,routine group was treated with comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Compare and analyze life quality scores and total satisfaction rates of different groups.Results quality scores of self-care ability,sleep quality,disease cognition ability,psychology and appetite of nursing group were better than routine group,and difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);total nursing satisfaction degree of nursing was 95.72%,higher than 77.14%of routine group,statistical analysis was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion interventional treatment can significantly improve life quality of liver cancer patients,improve nursing satisfaction,which is of high clinical application and promotion value.
