摘要
从农学专业实验技术人员考核现状出发,分析了当前考核中存在的主要问题,并从分类考核原则确立、分类考核指标制定、分类考核方式的多元化以及加强分类考核结果的应用等方面,提出了相应的对策和建议,同时强调创新是考核工作的核心任务。
From the current situation of agronomy college ,several common issues existing in the assessment of laboratory technician have been analyzed .Then ,some suggestions of classified assessment are put forward in viewing of the aspects ,for example ,the classification of evaluation principle and index system are established . This paper discusses the diversified way of evaluation and the reasonable application of the assessment results . Meanwhile ,it underlines that the innovation is the core task of the assessment .
