摘要 阅读推广已发展成为图书馆的一种主流服务,需要图书馆管理者自觉进行管理。图书馆行业管理者需要将阅读推广纳入行业宣言或核心价值、战略或政策类文献,应在图书馆管理中对阅读推广进行顶层设计,在服务方向的把握、服务项目的策划、服务资源的组织等一系列问题上进行统筹规划和总体部署,并坚持图书馆对阅读推广的主导。 Reading promotion had developed into a main library service. Librarians need to consciously manage reading promotion. Reading promotion should be part of the declarations, core values, strategic planning or policies of libraries. Top-level design should be given to the management of reading promotion, providing overall planning on service orientation, service projects, and the organization of service resources, while upholding the leading role of library in reading promotion.
