高校图书馆作为社会公共文化资源的一部分,作为地方图书馆公共服务体系的一种有效补充形式,逐步面向社会免费开放是大势所趋.在探究高校图书馆免费开放意义的基础上,对面临的问题进行梳理思考,探讨免费开放背景下高校图书馆公共服务的有效措施.
As a part of social public culture resources and public service system, university library should tend to serve society free. It is significant for library to serve free, but it faces a lot of difficulties, so it is necessary to take the effective measures.
