摘要
本文立足于学生个体发展的微观视角,从人文知识学习、人文技能培养、人文素养养成、人文精神培育四个方面,阐释了高职人文素质教育的培养路径,为培养既具备扎实专业技能,又具备健全人格的全面发展、个性发展的现代高职人才提供借鉴。
Micro-perspective of students' individual development was established in this article. From fouraspects of humanistic knowledge learning, Humanities skills training, humanistic quality development and human-istic spirit cultivation, the author expounds the cultivation paths of humanistic quality education in higher voca-tional education and provides references for training modern higher vocational talents. The talents are not onlyhaving the solid professional skills, but also have the healthy personality of comprehensive and personalitydevelopment.
