Pulverization technology of HPGR and its industrial application to comminution of iron ore

摘要 介绍了高压辊磨机的结构特点及工作原理,分析其典型破碎工艺流程的优缺点,以实例探讨了高压辊磨机在国内外铁矿石粉碎中的工业应用,得出结论:高压辊磨机是适应矿产资源日趋贫化和选矿厂规模化生产的高效设备;将高压辊磨机与配套的破碎工艺流程及辅助设备相结合,简化工艺流程,降低成本,发挥高压辊磨机的最大优势是今后研究的重点。 The structure features and working principle of the high-pressure grinding roller (HPGR) were introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of its typical eomminution process were analyzed. An example was taken to discuss the industrial application of HPGR to comminution of iron ore at home and abroad, and it was concluded as below: HPGR was an efficient facility that adapted to gradually poor mineral resource and scaled production in concentrators; combination of HPGR with matching comminution process and auxiliary facilities simplified the production process and reduced the production cost. How to play the greatest advantage of HPGR was the study point in the future.
