摘要
目的:对活动翼矫治技术关闭拔牙间隙的临床效果进行研究。方法:选取2013年1月-2013年12月于我院接受治疗的60例尖牙正畸患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例患者。治疗组采用活动翼矫治器进行治疗,对照组采用方丝弓矫治器进行治疗,对两组患者的尖牙牙根长度变化、尖牙牙槽骨高度变化、间隙关闭速度、患者满意度等指标进行比较。观察对比两组患者的具体治疗效果,包括治疗时间、显效时间、有无复发等情况。结果:在关闭间隙速度上,治疗组为(0.95±0.03)个月,对照组为(0.80±0.03)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在尖牙牙根长度变化、尖牙牙槽骨高度变化两项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在患者满意度上,治疗组患者满意度为93.33%,对照组患者满意度为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活动翼矫治技术能更加快速地关闭拔牙间隙,而且比较安全,疼痛感也较少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of the closed tooth extraction with the active wing. Methods A total of 2013 during January to December 2013 in our hospital accepted treatment of 60 cases of canine orthodontic patients as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups with 30 cases in each patient.Treatment group were used active wing appliance treatment,the control group were treated with edgewise appliance,the variation in the canine root length of two groups of patients,canine alveolar bone height changes,the gap closed speed,patient satisfaction,and other indicators were compared.Observation and comparison of two groups of patients with specific treatment effect,including treatment time, effective time, there is no recurrence,etc. Results in closing the gap rate,treatment group were（0.95±0.03） months,control group （0.80 ±0.03）months,the two groups of patients with significant difference compared,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;two groups of patients in the canine root length change,canine alveolar bone height changes two index difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05） compared to the;in patient satisfaction,the satisfaction rate of patients of the treatment group was 93.33,the control group of patients satisfaction was 73.33%,two groups in patient satisfaction compared with significant difference, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The technology of active wing correction can close the extraction space more quickly,and it is safe and less pain,it is worthy of clinical application.
